Cambridge Church
The project involved the sale of an adjoining property and the consolidation of the churches amenities within the original building, formally a methodist chapel. The premises have been re-configured, and refurbished in a close dialogue with the church committee. Changes to the church fabric have been carried out in a contemporary manner with the intention that they should be 'legible' and complementary.
Pieces of new furniture including the organ enclosure have been fabricated in powder coated steel with bronze trims. This detailing is carried through into the new front door, front gate, noticeboard and lobby.
