I wanted to write to say thanks for all the thought, energy and vision you put into the RSPB Titchwell Parrinder Hide Project. Working with you on the project has been great fun, I think we have been a real team and I know that you put in time and effort over and above what we could have expected. The end result is fantastic and it has taken our thinking on visitor infrastructure on nature reserves a great leap forward. Very importantly, our visitors love it! Thanks again for all your hard work, it has been a pleasure working with you.

It confirmed my view that this is one of the most interesting and pleasing small developments in the city for a long time.

I am sure that you are aware that your architect, Patrick Ward, also designed our house. We were enormously impressed with his work, especially his attention to detail. Consequently, I will be delighted to support your application.

Liz Miller was our key contact, Liz was and continues to be a brilliant ambassador of the practice. Liz has always been excellent in looking at issues and potential problems in a positive manner, her calm and professional approach was much appreciated, when discussing challenges with our demanding Members and Members Board. Liz’ was incredibly hands on, attention to detail was second to none and Liz was extremely capable in dealing with the raft of specialist contractors, working on a range of projects here within the historical Jockey Club Rooms. I cannot praise the practice more highly, we will most definitely be using the practice for on-going projects.
Charles Howard, General Manager, The Jockey Club Rooms
It's an example of humble, grounded, contextual yet powerful architecture that people can aspire to and be inspired by.
A beautifully nuanced design which offers a fluid connection to the landscape and a finely tailored yet off-grid living environment

Patrick Ward and his team really got to grips with the specific nature of the project immediately. They invested an enormous amount of time understanding the diverse requirements of the College community and their design was immensely thoughtful in its recognition of those priorities. The new building is a superb addition to Leckhampton which combines beauty, purposefulness and great respect for and integration with the surrounding area.
