A narrow mews development overlooking a wide area of allotment gardens, on a site previously occupied by a large sprawling bungalow.  We worked with the developer, Enterprise Property Group, to design buildings with a high environmental performance, including increased levels of insulation, mechanically ventilated heat recovery, green roofs, and PVs.  

 

The buildings are contemporary in feel and light filled, with internal spaces orientated to make the most of the views across the allotments.
